Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 50 g butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mixed fruit (or sultanas)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- extra sugar
Method
- Combine flour and butter
- Add sugar and combine
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add mixed fruit
- Add milk until the mixture is stiff
- Place on flat baking tray (greased or lined) in small heaps
- Sprinkle with sugar
- Cook 210C 10 mins, then lower temp to 180C until golden brown.
