Ingredients
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 50 g butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (or sultanas)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • extra sugar
Method
  1. Combine flour and butter
  2. Add sugar and combine
  3. Add eggs one at a time
  4. Add mixed fruit
  5. Add milk until the mixture is stiff
  6. Place on flat baking tray (greased or lined) in small heaps
  7. Sprinkle with sugar
  8. make them all about the same size
  9. Cook 210C 10 mins, then lower temp to 180C until golden brown.
  10. Yummy rock cakes
